Hubclub Go is seeking a Junior SAP Specialist focused on SAP PP and QM to support planning and quality processes within a global SAP S/4HANA initiative. This role blends technical and functional work, collaborating with business teams to design end-to-end solutions.

The ideal candidate has a degree and at least one year of experience, with strong English and Spanish skills and knowledge of SAP PP, QM, and IM, in a hybrid Brazil-based environment.

Qualificações

• At least a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ year of professional SAP experience (junior level).
• Solid experience in SAP PP (Production Planning).
• Solid experience in SAP QM (Quality Management).
• Familiarity with SAP IM (Inventory Management).
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SAP PP and QM module lead, ensuring integration with MM and IM.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Develop cross-functional processes aligned with strategic goals.
• Establish standards and guide systemic impact assessments.
• Support maintenance and evolution of processes under ownership.
• Track KPIs to monitor performance and visibility.
• Collaborate with other domains for end-to-end solution design.
• Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA roadmap globally.
• Ensure implemented solutions align with SAP best practices and changing requirements.

We are seeking a Junior SAP PP and QM Specialist to serve as a technical and functional point of reference for Planning and Quality processes, working closely with the business and taking part in global SAP S/4HANA initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a professional eager to shape end-to-end process design while playing a role in a wider digital transformation effort.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring smooth integration with MM, IM, and other connected flows
• Convert business needs into scalable, well-structured SAP solutions
• Develop cross-functional processes that support the company's broader strategic direction
• Establish standards, best practices, and guidelines, while evaluating systemic impacts across processes
• Support the continuous maintenance, evolution, and stability of processes under your ownership
• Track KPIs and measurable indicators to maintain visibility and monitor performance
• Work alongside other domains to ensure a unified, end-to-end approach to solution design
• Take an active role in the global SAP S/4HANA roadmap
• Confirm that implemented solutions stay consistent with SAP best practices and shifting business requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
• At least one year of applicable professional experiencelv
• Solid experience in SAP PP (Production Planning & Execution)
• Solid experience in SAP QM (Quality Management)
• Familiarity with IT best practices
• Intermediate experience in SAP IM (Inventory Management)
• Strong understanding of PP & QM business processes
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in English and Spanish at a B2 level or higher
