ANTAS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions for a modern Case Management Platform. You will work in an Agile team to deliver aligned outcomes across requirements and technical constraints.

The role emphasizes hands-on Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Service Cloud expertise, with strong focus on integrations, security, and automation. Collaboration and rigorous testing are essential to success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce automation tools
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and platform capabilities
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs integration and external systems
• Familiar with Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for requirements and collaboration
• Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and release management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication with stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce apps

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, configure, integrate, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions for a next-generation Case Management Platform, collaborating closely within an Agile team to meet business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications aligned with functional and technical requirements
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and platform automation tools
• Configure and develop solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions; apply Experience Cloud knowledge when required
• Create reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, schedulers, and asynchronous processing solutions
• Design and implement Salesforce data models including custom objects, fields, relationships, record types, validation rules, and automation workflows
• Configure Salesforce security controls such as profiles, roles, permission sets, permission set groups, sharing rules, and public groups to enforce data access policies
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Utilize MuleSoft or other middleware/integration platforms to implement and support enterprise integrations
• Develop and configure OmniStudio components, Action Plans, and Document Generation capabilities where applicable
• Translate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, UX designs, and technical specifications into effective Salesforce solutions
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT); identify and resolve application defects
• Troubleshoot Salesforce application, integration, data, configuration, and performance issues across multiple environments
• Support deployments across Development, SIT, UAT, Staging, and Production environments following best practices
• Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and deployment processes
• Use Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines for source control, code management, automated testing, and Salesforce deployments
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, deployment procedures, and operational documentation
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, maintainability, and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical risks, resolve issues, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce automation tools
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce platform capabilities
• Experienced in Salesforce data modelling, security architecture, sharing mechanisms, and platform configuration
• Skilled in developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external applications
• Experienced with Salesforce development and deployment tools including Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
• Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence for requirements management, issue tracking, documentation, and project collaboration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, testing, debugging, deployment, and release management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
