Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Analyst or similar role.
• Salesforce certifications such as ADM 201, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Developer are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities and Salesforce architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce migration, including data loading and transformation tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce integration methodologies using APIs, middleware, or other platforms.
• Experience implementing AI-led automation within Salesforce environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades
