Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing, implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your area of responsibility.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with all travel trade key accounts and business partners of MH&R and the hotel.
- Generate and maintain customers in the travel trade segment through various sales activities such as face-to-face calls, telephone calls, and entertainment.
- Maintain high visibility for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, managing all departments and accounts to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
- Provide sincere, warm, and enthusiastic service to ensure guest and colleague satisfaction at all times.
- Familiarize yourself with all guests and colleagues, and commit to service excellence.
- Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and high social skills.
- Foster good inter-departmental relations.
- Maintain a pleasant manner and positive attitude, promoting a good company image.
- Show pride in your workplace and personal appearance when representing the hotel, demonstrating high commitment.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards guests, clients, staff, and employees.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
