Qualificações

• 10+ years of leadership experience managing technical, enterprise-facing resources.
• 10+ years of infrastructure and networking architecture experience.
• 6+ years of architecting/operating solutions on cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects across LATAM to deliver cloud and AI solutions on AWS.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior technical executives within customer organizations.
• Hire on-board and develop new Solutions Architects, including Principal Solutions Architects, and foster knowledge sharing.
• Develop relationships with customers' technical executives and decision makers.
• Contribute to ideation discussions, showcasing AWS service capabilities and innovations.
• Produce high-quality documents and coaching on AWS leadership principles for the team.

AWS is seeking a Solutions Architecture leader to join our Solutions Architect team in Latin America, where you'll help customer businesses thrive in the digital age.

As a Senior Solutions Architecture Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of technically skilled Solutions Architects while driving strategic initiatives that help enterprises and digital native business leverage AWS Services to produce tangible outcomes.

Key job responsibilities

• You will ensure you and you team delivers cloud and AI solutions on AWS that lead to business outcomes for our customers, partner and coach your team to partner with supporting specialist and service teams in developing solutions.
• You will be a trusted advisor to senior technical Executives in the companies the role is responsible for.
• You will hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects including Principal Solutions Architects and lead by example as the SA roles adopt AI. You'll also coach your team to share their learning internally and externally both written and through speaking engagements.
• You will develop relationships with your customers’ key technical executives and decision makers.
• You will contribute to ideation discussions with your customers, making them aware of the AWS service capabilities.
• You will leverage your strong writing skills to produce high quality documents that propose new processes or inventions. You'll also become an expert in AWS leadership principles and coach your team to become role models.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• 6+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc. experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
