Senior Regulatory Product Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Product Manager to join our team, reporting to the Product Management leadership team. In this role, you’ll help shape regulatory reporting solutions that enable financial institutions to meet evolving compliance requirements while delivering great client experiences. You’ll fit right in if you’re collaborative, analytical, and customer-focused, enjoy working across global teams, and are passionate about solving complex regulatory and business challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Drive regulatory reporting product enhancements and define key product features that deliver value to clients.
- Analyze regulatory requirements in Brazil and translate them into practical product solutions.
- Partner with engineering, quality assurance, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through launch.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify market needs, solve business challenges, and uncover new opportunities.
- Provide product insights, priorities, and status updates to leadership while supporting product strategy and execution.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, financial services, fintech, regtech, or a related industry.
- Hands-on experience with financial regulatory reporting in Brazil, including interpretation of regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial and risk regulations and their impact on reporting obligations.
- Experience writing functional requirements and product specifications, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and bringing products to market.
- Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Experience working with analytical and reporting tools, including SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AxiomSL regulatory reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of and engagement with Brazilian regulatory authorities.
- Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and financial data reporting standards.
- Experience working in Agile environments across geographically distributed teams.
Location & Work Arrangement
This position will be located in Sao Paulo Brasil, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
