CodiLime is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to develop QA strategy for a software platform focused on network source of truth and network automation for a US-based client.

You will design test plans, implement and maintain automated tests in CI/CD, collaborate across teams, document processes, and support the agile workflow while mentoring teammates.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience as a QA engineer.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across client organizations.
• Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium.
• Proven expertise in QA methodologies for web/browser and APIs, with CI/CD integration.

The project and the team

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to develop QA strategy and solutions for a software platform for network source of truth and network automation, a product offered by one of CodiLime's clients.

What else you should know:

• The team consists of less than 15 people, including an architect, project manager, backend developers, frontend developers, DevOps/SRE engineers.
• We use Agile methodology.
• Our tech stack for the project includes: Python, Django, Docker, Git, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, Selenium, Playwright
• The client is based in the US.

Your role

As a part of the project team, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with various teams to define QA requirements
• Designing test plans
• Implementing, integrating and maintaining automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Creating documentation
• Working in the agile methodology and collaborating with a team
• Supporting teammates
• Attending daily standups with Customer

As a Senior Engineer, you must meet the following criteria:

• 8+ years of experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments within the client’s organization to define QA requirements early in the product lifecycle
• Python programming skills
• Hands-on proficiency with Playwright and Selenium
• Proven long-term expertise in QA, including test methodologies for both web/browser and APIs, as well as integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with network-related projects
• Good command of English (B2 level or above)

Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves:

• Hands on experience with Django framework
• Familiarity with solutions for network automation
• Hands-on experience with Docker workflows
