CodiLime is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer in Brazil to own end-to-end feature delivery across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure. You will join a hands-on team, set the technical direction, and contribute production code from day one.

You will work with enterprise clients, designing integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, and Stripe, and manage GCP deployments, monitoring, and security.

Qualificações

• 7+ years building production SaaS applications.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Node.js.
• Working knowledge of Python and Django.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS in production on MySQL or other relational DBs.
• Experience operating production cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Track record of owning production incidents from alert to resolution.
• Hands-on across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and customer conversations.
• Experience incorporating LLMs or AI capabilities into production apps.

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and deliver quickly.
• Define engineering standards, mentor engineers, and help grow the team as we hire.
• You’ll have broad ownership across the platform and autonomy to improve systems.

The project and the team

You will work on a workplace management platform trusted by enterprise customers to manage offices, desks, meeting rooms, visitors, parking, and shared workplace resources.

You will be a hands-on Lead Engineer, responsible for setting the technical direction and helping build the next generation of the platform. You’ll join a small team and take ownership of the stack from day one, spending most of your time writing production code while also owning architecture, cloud infrastructure, engineering standards, and overall technical direction.

B2B Contract: 3 700 - 4 800 USD/month

Your role

Do we have a match?

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you must meet the following criteria:

• 7+ years building production SaaS applications
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong experience with Node.js
• Working comfort in Python and Django
• Experience building and operating multi-tenant SaaS in production, on MySQL or a comparable relational database
• Experience operating production cloud infrastructure (we use Google Cloud Platform, though comparable AWS or Azure experience transfers well)
• A track record of owning production incidents from alert through resolution
• Hands-on approach with comfort moving between frontend, backend, infrastructure, and customer conversations
• Experience incorporating LLMs or AI capabilities into production applicationsGood knowledge of English (minimum C1 level)

Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the following nice-to-haves:

• Google Workspace APIs, Microsoft Graph, or other enterprise collaboration platforms
• Enterprise scheduling, workplace management, or facilities software
• Startup or early-stage company experience
