Responsibilities

Work Arrangement: Remote

Schedule: U.S. Business Hours (4-5 hours of daily overlap with Arizona/MST timezone).

About the Role

We are hiring for a fast-growing, female-founded consumer wellness brand specializing in innovative wearable vitamin patches and wellness products. The company is expanding across direct-to-consumer e-commerce, Amazon, retail, and strategic partnerships.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager & Operations Lead to work directly with the Founder & CEO, taking ownership of day-to-day operations, team execution, and company-wide projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn strategic priorities into actionable plans, lead a remote team, establish accountability, and ensure projects move forward efficiently.

This is not an administrative or executive assistant position. We need a proactive operator who can independently drive execution, manage people, solve problems, and build scalable operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day team execution, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across a remote team.
• Lead company-wide project management, maintaining timelines, dashboards, and accountability systems.
• Coordinate product launches, including suppliers, inventory, packaging, marketing, and website updates.
• Manage retail and wholesale initiatives, tracking buyer requests, purchase orders, submissions, and launch timelines.
• Lead weekly team meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and operational systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Identify potential delays, operational risks, and bottlenecks, proactively proposing solutions.
• Prepare weekly executive reports covering project progress, team performance, priorities, and outstanding decisions.
• Coordinate external vendors, manufacturers, contractors, and business partners.
• Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or operational leadership.
• At least 2 years of experience managing remote teams or coordinating cross-functional contributors.
• Previous experience working directly with a Founder, CEO, or senior executive.
• Experience in e-commerce, DTC, CPG, consumer products, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Strong experience building SOPs, dashboards, reporting systems, and operational workflows from scratch.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence leading meetings and communicating with senior leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities and hold people accountable, including senior leadership when necessary.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with 4-5 hours of daily overlap with Arizona business hours.

• Experience with wellness, beauty, supplements, or lifestyle consumer brands.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, ShipStation, Faire, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with Amazon, wholesale, or retail expansion.
• Knowledge of AI-powered workflows, business automation, and reporting systems.
• Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or Operations Manager.
