Job summary

ZHENG KENG ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a proactive project leader to drive planning, execution, and delivery of government‑commissioned projects in Brazil's Norte region. You will coordinate with clients, government stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure we meet objectives and comply with all requirements.

They will require strong risk management, budget oversight, and regular progress reporting to senior management, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for government agencies, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
• Work with clients, government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define deliverables, and achieve project objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, resources, and budgets to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.
• Oversee project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and relevant government requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, reports to senior management and stakeholders.
