Job summary

I-Ray IT Solutions AB in Sundsvall, Sweden seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a large digital transformation program focused on anti-money laundering regulatory requirements and data stewardship. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a large-scale program from initial analysis and planning through execution and implementation.
• Establish effective collaboration between IT development, enterprise architecture, legal, business development, and finance teams.
• Interpret legislative and regulatory requirements and translate them into business processes and IT development activities.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, resource plans, and implementation strategies.
• Prepare decision-making materials, investigation reports, budget follow-ups, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate parallel workstreams and manage dependencies across different teams and activities.
• Communicate complex program structures, technical solutions, and progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while monitoring progress, deviations, and delivery outcomes.
• Lead change management activities and coordinate with public and private stakeholders affected by new legislation.
• Support improvements in program and development management practices.
• Document activities, facilitate knowledge transfer, and ensure relevant expertise is transferred to the customer's personnel.
• Adapt plans and priorities in response to changing business needs and assignment requirements.

About the Assignment
