Senior Product Manager

We sit at the intersection of innovation, social impact, and user experience — and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with strategic vision and a passion for solving real-world problems.

What you’ll be doing:

- Define and evolve the product strategy that connects residents, property managers, service providers, and communities;

- Deep dive into users’ daily routines to uncover real pains and opportunities;

- Work closely with an exceptional team of engineers and designers to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively;

- Track and measure impact using data (adoption, engagement, churn, NPS…) and iterate based on insights;

- Be a product leader, influencing decisions across the company.

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of end-to-end product delivery;

- Experience in SaaS, B2B2C platforms, marketplaces, or other complex digital products;

- Strong grasp of frameworks like JTBD, Lean Product, Outcomes, and OKRs;

- You’re data-savvy, user-focused, and a great storyteller when it comes to engaging stakeholders;

- Strong communication, structured thinking, and a high degree of ownership;

Advanced English (we work in a global environment).

Nice to have:

- Previous experience in real estate or property management.

- Technical background or close collaboration with engineering teams;

- Desire to build from scratch, grow fast, and leave a lasting impact.
