What is the role?

We’re seeking an ambitious Product Manager with curiosity, a growth mindset, and a bias toward action to join our collaborative product organization. You’ll lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—working with multidisciplinary teams to tackle tough problems and create impactful solutions.

This is a CLT contract role, paid in BRL. The position is primarily remote, with 1–2 days per week in our São Paulo office. You will report to the Director of Product and collaborate closely with teams across Brazil and the U.S. Fluency in English is required.

What You’ll Do

• Build deep connections with customers and stakeholders to uncover needs and pain points.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to bring new features and improvements to life.
• Make data‑informed decisions grounded in customer and business insights.
• Own product areas end‑to‑end, from concept to launch, aligning priorities with company strategy.
• Lead day‑to‑day execution, including backlog management, planning, communication, and product documentation.

About You

• 3–4+ years of experience building and shipping digital products at a tech company (SaaS preferred).
• Demonstrated track record of delivering impact and a strong customer‑obsessed mindset.
• Skilled in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Replit) and familiar with design tools such as Figma.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and practicing extreme ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a founder or entrepreneur.
• Prior experience in SaaS product management.

This role will be hybrid; you will be required to work in our São Paulo office 1–2 days per week.

This is a CLT contract, paid in BRL.
