• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering teams in Agile environments and/or AI‑Driven Development Lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product strategy and execution for assigned product domains across discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery through interviews, workshops, and field research to understand needs and translate problems into opportunities.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, define MVPs and iterative delivery plans, and ensure successful launches and adoption.
• Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs, using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Services to refine requirements and deliver high‑quality products.
• Analyze product usage, feedback, and analytics to continuously improve priorities and experiences.
• Champion high‑value AI opportunities and translate AI capabilities into meaningful product experiences.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Brazil.

This is a hands‑on product leadership opportunity within a global B2B SaaS environment focused on enterprise asset management and industrial operations.

You will own one or more product domains across the full lifecycle, from customer discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

The role combines deep customer engagement, roadmap prioritization, requirements definition, and close collaboration with Engineering and UX.

You will use customer insights, market perspectives, data, business value, usability, and technical feasibility to guide product decisions.

A key part of the position is identifying high-value opportunities for AI-enabled products and incorporating modern AI tools into everyday product management practices.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior and mid-level product professionals and help raise the maturity of the wider product organization.

Your work will directly influence customer adoption, business outcomes, roadmap execution, and the quality of SaaS products delivered to asset-intensive industries.

Accountabilities

• Product Strategy and Execution: Lead product strategy and execution for assigned product domains, establishing strong practices across discovery, prioritization, requirements, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Discovery: Conduct continuous customer discovery through interviews, workshops, product demonstrations, and field research to understand customer needs and translate problems into clear product opportunities.
• Roadmap and Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on customer insights, data, business value, technical dependencies, and expected impact, while defining MVPs and iterative delivery plans.
• Product Requirements: Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and workflow documentation, using AI tools throughout the product development process to improve efficiency and quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Services to refine requirements, remove ambiguity, deliver high-quality products, and support successful launches and customer adoption.
• Product Analytics and Feedback: Analyze product usage, customer feedback, support tickets, implementation insights, and analytics to identify opportunities and continuously improve product priorities and experiences.
• AI-Enabled Product Innovation: Champion high-value AI opportunities within customer workflows, evaluate AI-enabled product concepts and prototypes, and identify ways to translate emerging AI capabilities into meaningful product experiences.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present roadmap updates, product concepts, demonstrations, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment around priorities and expected outcomes.
• Team Development: Mentor junior and mid-level product professionals, share knowledge, and contribute to strengthening product management practices and the performance of the broader team.

Requirements

• Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with demonstrated ownership of products from discovery through delivery.
• Product Discovery and Delivery: Strong experience conducting customer discovery and validation, defining product opportunities, prioritizing roadmaps, and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Product Documentation: Proven ability to create high-quality PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and workflow documentation.
• Technical Collaboration: Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile environments and/or AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) environments, with the ability to understand and communicate technical considerations.
• Prioritization and Decision-Making: Ability to balance competing initiatives using customer insights, data, business value, technical input, and dependencies to make effective product decisions.
• User Experience: Strong understanding of user experience, workflow design, usability principles, and the ability to evaluate product concepts and experiences from the customer perspective.
• AI Product Practices: Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar solutions within product management workflows, including research, ideation, requirements, documentation, validation, and prototype evaluation.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Language and Travel: Fluent English proficiency sufficient to lead meetings and participate in international travel, along with availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with Enterprise Asset Management, SAP, maintenance, reliability, or industrial software is desirable.
• AI and Data Experience: Experience building or managing AI-enabled software products, identifying AI opportunities within customer workflows, or working with analytics, experimentation, and product usage data is an advantage.
• Leadership and Global Collaboration: Experience working with globally distributed teams and mentoring junior product or UX professionals is desirable.
• Technical Education: A background in software engineering, computer science, or enterprise systems is considered a plus.
