Jobgether is seeking a Senior EAM Implementation Consultant based in Brazil for a fully remote role focused on deploying Enterprise Asset Management solutions for industrial clients. You will work with customers to translate maintenance needs into functional configurations across the project lifecycle.

The position requires 5+ years in EAM, SAP PM knowledge, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience implementing EAM or asset-management software.
• Functional knowledge of SAP PM; IBM Maximo may be considered equivalent when combined with a willingness to specialize in SAP PM.
• Strong understanding of industrial maintenance processes, including maintenance planning, execution, and work-order management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and assess the alignment between business processes and software solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency for meetings, presentations, and communication with international customers and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when interacting with end users and customers in multicultural environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing activities with organization, autonomy, and initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent proven practical experience in EAM implementation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in EAM solution implementation projects, taking ownership of complex activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather and analyze requirements with customers and end users, translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Map maintenance processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operational practices.
• Analyze the fit between business processes and available product capabilities, identifying gaps and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Support the definition and documentation of functional solutions and perform configuration and parameterization activities when applicable.
• Design and execute functional test scenarios and support user validation and acceptance activities.
• Deliver user training and contribute to go-live preparation, hypercare, stabilization, and assisted operations.
• Investigate and help resolve functional issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment on activities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Contribute to functional documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and processes.

This is a fully remote opportunity focused on implementing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions for industrial organizations. You’ll work closely with clients to understand maintenance processes, translate business needs into functional solutions, and identify opportunities for improvement. The role covers complex stages of implementation, from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, go-live, and stabilization. You’ll act as a key bridge between customers, users, and internal teams, ensuring alignment throughout project delivery. Your expertise will help improve maintenance execution, asset reliability, workforce productivity, and operational performance. The environment is collaborative and international, with exposure to diverse industrial processes and stakeholders. The position offers significant autonomy, while requiring strong analytical thinking, customer orientation, and technical-functional expertise.

• Proven ability to gather requirements and assess the alignment between business processes and software solutions.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or equivalent frameworks.

• Experience delivering training and enabling end users.

• Knowledge of integrations between EAM solutions and enterprise systems such as ERP, field systems, and IoT platforms.

• Familiarity with project and testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ALM, or similar platforms.

• Spanish proficiency.
