Jobgether SRL in Brazil seeks a Product Engineer (AI Driven) to design and ship AI-powered full-stack applications from prototype to production. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver real user outcomes, focusing on architecture, reliability, and scalable AI solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership, creativity, and technical excellence, leveraging React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python, along with LLM APIs and AI tooling to push product capabilities and performance forward.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Proven experience shipping production-ready applications with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), embeddings, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong expertise in modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js (NestJS/Fastify), and Python (FastAPI).
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and application security.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code quality, CI/CD, and observability practices.
• Experience working in cloud environments and building production-grade distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and collaborative environment.
• Strong ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage modern AI development tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and ship full-stack applications end-to-end, covering frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure from prototype to production.
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services while integrating AI models into production-grade product experiences.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, embeddings, retrieval systems, and orchestration workflows.
• Engineer and optimize prompting strategies and AI guardrails focused on real-world performance, including latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications with strong attention to UX, reliability, and system design.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver polished and impactful product experiences.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and models to improve product capabilities and efficiency.
