Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join an AI Design team and drive end-to-end design for accounts, activation, monetization, and permissions. You will translate complex platform and business requirements into intuitive experiences while partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across the business.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join an AI Design team and work across complex AI and platform experiences, leading and executing design for foundational product areas including Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions. Your primary goal will be to turn complex platform, business, and security requirements into intuitive, scalable experiences that deliver measurable value for customers and the business, while working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy, solve complex problems, and deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end product design across Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.

• Design experiences for account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption.

• Design complex workflows related to billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization.

• Define scalable consumption experiences, permission structures, and sharing models.

• Apply strong systems thinking to design experiences that work across complex SaaS and platform ecosystems.

• Frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and manage design risks.

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Use research, data, prototyping, and systems thinking to validate and refine solutions.

• Leverage AI-assisted design and coded prototypes to rapidly explore and validate product concepts.

• Contribute to a scalable and cohesive product experience across interconnected platform capabilities.

• Build functional, high-fidelity prototypes to explore and validate complex product interactions, workflows, and system behaviors.

• Use AI-assisted coding and development tools to rapidly turn product concepts into realistic, production-like prototypes.

• Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations clearly and concisely to Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders, including clients.

• Present and defend design decisions while incorporating feedback from cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience.

• Experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms.

• Strong systems thinking and experience designing interconnected product experiences and workflows.

• Experience with enterprise workflows such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing, consumption, or comparable platform domains.

• Strong hands-on prototyping skills, including the ability to communicate complex interactions, workflows, states, and system behaviors through prototypes.

• Demonstrated ability to build functional, production-like prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools.

• Experience with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or similar AI-assisted development tools.

• Advanced experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.

• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams and translating technical constraints into product solutions.

• Advanced English proficiency, with excellent concise communication skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to present and communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

• Based in Latin America (LATAM) and available to work remotely with international teams..

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or AI-native experiences.

• Portfolio demonstrating functional coded prototypes or production-like AI-assisted product explorations.

• Experience prototyping complex SaaS workflows with multiple states, roles, permissions, or system dependencies.

• Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap decisions.

• Experience mentoring or supporting the growth of other designers.

• Experience designing products with complex permissions, sharing, billing, consumption, or account models.
