TRACTIAN in São Paulo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end product initiatives across web and mobile, transforming heavy industrial data into simple, visually polished interfaces. You will operate with autonomy, leveraging data and AI tools to accelerate execution and validate hypotheses.

In this role, you’ll own design processes, defend trade-offs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact experiences for enterprise customers in heavy industry.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience designing complex multi-platform products, preferably in B2B SaaS, ERP, or data-intensive domains.
• Ability to balance ideal design methodologies with real-world business realities.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking and impact on complex systems.

• Translate heavy industrial data and enterprise logic into simple, clear user experiences.
• Adapt design processes to project constraints while validating when possible and iterating quickly.
• Articulate design trade-offs and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Work with data to identify user friction, gain insights, and measure launch success.
• Maintain high UI quality, micro-interactions, layout, and visual polish across touchpoints.
• Integrate modern AI tools to research, iterate, prototype, and scale design output.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end product initiatives across web and mobile platforms, transforming complex business logic and heavy industrial data into simple, visually stunning interfaces. Operating with high autonomy and pragmatism, you will adapt your process to any scenario, leveraging data and AI tools to accelerate execution, validate hypotheses, and confidently articulate your design decisions.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership

• Lead complex product initiatives from early-stage discovery through high-fidelity execution across any platform.
• Translate heavy industrial data, enterprise logic, and intricate business rules into simple, clear, and powerful user experiences.
• Adapt design processes flexibly depending on project constraints, balancing rigorous validation when possible with fast, practical iteration when speed is required.
• Clearly articulate and defend design trade-offs, rationale, and strategic choices to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Work comfortably with quantitative and qualitative data to identify user friction, extract insights, and measure the success of product launches.
• Maintain an exceptionally high bar for UI quality, micro-interactions, layout, and visual polish across all touchpoints.
• Purposefully integrate modern AI tools into your daily workflow to research, iterate, prototype, and scale design output effectively.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer handling complex multi-platform products, ideally in B2B SaaS, ERP, or data-intensive domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Design, Engineering, or non-traditional/career transition backgrounds are completely welcome).
• Ability to balance ideal design methodologies with real-world business realities and execution speed.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, strong visual UI polish, and real-world impact on complex systems (Note: applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
