Scrumlaunch is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a 100% remote, full-time role serving LATAM. You will independently solve complex product problems, translate business needs into scalable, user-centered experiences, and work directly with clients, product managers, and engineering teams from discovery to production.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in product design, a strong B2B/SaaS/post-analytic focus, advanced Figma skills, and experience with Framer, Webflow, or AI design workflows.

Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can independently solve complex product problems and translate business requirements into scalable, user-centered experiences. This role focuses on product thinking, UX strategy, complex business logic, and information architecture—not just visual UI.

You’ll work directly with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to take ambiguous challenges from early discovery all the way to production.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead product design streams from initial problem definition to handoff and post-launch iteration.
• Complex UX & Architecture: Build intuitive user flows, dashboards, multi-role workflows, and robust information architecture.
• Client & Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate workshops, present design concepts, and defend decisions using user evidence and business goals.
• Leverage AI Workflows: Use modern AI-powered design tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, Lovable, V0) to accelerate ideation, research, and prototyping.
• Design Systems: Maintain and scale design systems within real production constraints.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5–7+ years as a Product Designer or Senior UX/UI Designer.
• Product Focus: Proven track record with complex B2B, SaaS, or data-driven products.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma + experience with no-code tools (Framer, Webflow) or AI design workflows.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Availability: Ability to participate in client meetings (up to 7–8 PM European time).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an agency, consultancy, or multi-project environment.
• Experience working directly with startup founders and C-level executives.
• Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and growth design.

Be prepared to present two detailed product case studies highlighting your end-to-end ownership, business logic reasoning, complex user flows, and measurable business/user impact.
