Senior Product Data Analyst

As a Sr. Product Data Analyst, you'll impact our results through insights and reports. You'll collaborate with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to assist with prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations. It is your responsibility, along with the Analytics team, to foster a data-driven culture by making data accessible through interactive reports, datasets, documentation, and training.

Problems to be solved

Your main goal is to enable our organization to be more data-driven through various means such as:

• Modeling & Analysis: Analyzing a complex marketplace system to find gaps, insights, or optimizations. Experience in SQL and intermediate skills in Python or R are required.

• Reporting: Maintaining accurate and organized dashboards using Tableau and Metabase, understanding team needs to ensure trust and usability.

• Analytics Engineering: Occasionally working on the Data Warehouse to provide clean, documented datasets using SQL and DBT, supporting reliable reporting.

• Experience: 4+ years in data & analytics at data-driven companies.

• Education: STEM or business background or relevant education.

• Learning Mindset: Deep problem understanding, asking questions, and a structured approach to learning business challenges.

• Team Player: Collaborate effectively, fostering trust and enthusiasm.

• Business Focus: Connecting analysis to product, customer, and financial impacts.

• Bias for Action: Proactive, pragmatic, and adaptable, avoiding perfectionism.
