The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, supplier management, and adherence to the Purchasing Policy, collaborating with diverse teams to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate has hands-on purchasing experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge and execution of the procurement methodology (strategic sourcing) – RFQs, RFIs, Supplier Qualification, Contracts, Quotation Letters, etc.
• Experience in negotiating service and product contracts.
• Coordinate third-party providers for Procurement services across categories.
• Conduct routine meetings to identify sourcing opportunities and ensure budget compliance.
• Promote the Purchasing Policy as a focal point for the companies.
• Pursue operational and commercial synergies among portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and execution of the procurement methodology (strategic sourcing) – RFQs, RFIs, Supplier Qualification, Contracts, Quotation Letters, etc.
• Experience in negotiating service and product contracts;
• Coordinate third-party companies that can provide Procurement services for selected categories;
• Conduct routine meetings within Corporate areas to identify sourcing opportunities;
• Ensure budget compliance through established guidelines for measuring savings and cost avoidance;
• Prevent and/or flag unplanned demands not listed or accounted for in the budget;
• Promote the Purchasing Policy as a focal point for our companies;
• Proactiveness in the continuous pursuit of operational and commercial synergies among the various portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Experience in Purchasing – indirect purchases and operating expenses (OpEx). Knowledge of investment purchases (Capex) will be a plus.
• Knowledge of purchasing across service and product categories;
• Time management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit in the area;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Advanced Spanish and English.
