Jobtailor is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop front-end applications with Angular and to design REST APIs using .NET Core. The role involves building distributed microservices, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging Docker and Kubernetes in a cloud-first environment.

You will work with RabbitMQ and other messaging systems, and participate in observability and monitoring using DataDog, Azure Monitor, or CloudWatch.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

• Develop front-end applications using Angular
• Maintain and evolve existing systems, analyzing and debugging code with IDEs and browser DevTools
• Develop and maintain REST APIs with .NET Core and Entity Framework
• Apply software architecture best practices, including DDD, dependency injection and unit testing
• Work with messaging systems, primarily RabbitMQ, and also SQS, SNS or Kafka
• Design and maintain distributed systems based on microservices
• Monitor and diagnose applications using DataDog, Azure Monitor or CloudWatch
• Use non-relational databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous and secure deliveries
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes
• Use cloud services, including serverless functions and messaging
• Collaborate on projects via Azure DevOps, using boards, pipelines and repositories
• Work in partnership with a large Latin American investment bank specializing in private equity, venture capital, wealth and global asset management

Requirements

Experience with Front-end development and Angular
Proficiency in greenfield development, understanding existing codebases and debugging applications/front-end in IDEs and via the browser's F12 DevTools
Experience developing .NET Core Web APIs
Experience with Entity Framework
Knowledge of dependency injection
Knowledge of DDD
Experience or familiarity with unit testing
Experience with messaging tools, preferably RabbitMQ; also SQS, SNS or Kafka
Experience with distributed systems and microservices
Experience with observability/logging tools such as DataDog, Azure Monitor or CloudWatch
Knowledge of non-relational databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB
Experience in CI/CD environments
Experience with at least three cloud tools/services, such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, SQS, SNS or EC2
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience or familiarity with Azure DevOps
