Hyundai AutoEver Brasil seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Analyst to administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem across the enterprise. The role covers Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Copilot, ensuring secure collaboration and governance.

The candidate will manage RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, PIM, and licensing while supporting hybrid environments and incident response.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based and global teams.
• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments in medium to large enterprise organizations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Defender and Purview.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Defender, Purview, and Copilot.
• Monitor service health, availability, and performance.
• Manage tenant configuration, policies, and platform standards.
• Coordinate escalations with Microsoft Support when required.
• Manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Provision and deprovision accounts and licenses.
• RBAC, security groups, distribution lists, and Microsoft 365 Groups administration.
• Configure Conditional Access policies, MFA, and SSO integrations.
• Implement PIM and least-privilege access principles.
• Maintain Defender security policies and monitoring.
• Implement Purview compliance controls including DLP, retention policies, and sensitivity labels.
• Support eDiscovery, legal hold, audit requests, and cybersecurity remediation activities.
• Manage Teams governance, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive architecture, permissions, and sharing controls.
• Manage Windows devices through Intune including device compliance, security baselines, app deployment, MDM/MAM.
• Manage Microsoft licensing assignments and optimization.
• Support Copilot deployment, governance, readiness, and user adoption initiatives.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 incidents.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Participate in major incident response and after-hours support.

Hyundai AutoEver is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Analyst to support the administration, security, governance, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem across the enterprise.

This role is responsible for managing Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Microsoft Copilot. The position ensures secure, reliable, and efficient collaboration services while supporting business users, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Participate in major incident response and after-hours support activities when required.

Working Hours (Brazil Time)

• 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM during U.S. Daylight Saving Time (November through March)
• 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM during the remainder of the year

Requisitos mínimos

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments in medium to large enterprise organizations.

• Experience supporting Microsoft security, compliance, and identity management solutions.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environments is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
