Your Mission:

As a Flow Master Developer, you will be the driving force behind the evolution and enhancement of our proprietary GenAI platform, "Flow". You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced features, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. This role is focused exclusively on internal development of "Flow" and supporting pre-sales with RFPs and demos, acting as a key technical expert bridging AI research and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities/Activities:

1. Design and code complex systems using best practices and advanced techniques.
2. Serve as a technical reference, sharing knowledge and mentoring teams.
3. Collaborate with development teams and customers to ensure technical excellence.
4. Identify process improvements and propose new technical paradigms.
5. Promote a learning and collaborative environment.
6. Lead complex projects, ensuring quality of deliveries.
7. Evaluate and select technologies and tools aligned with project requirements.
8. Participate in technical communities and stay updated on industry trends.
9. Foster continuous improvement through best practices, code reviews, automation, and agile methodologies.
10. Contribute to technical guidelines and propose solutions for new business opportunities.
11. Organize and lead solution reviews with clients and teams.
12. Implement and improve algorithms and automation using AI techniques to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
