The Services Business Development team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.
While specializing in the payments industry, the Services team also works closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.
Role
The Senior Managing Consultant (SMC) - Business Development is responsible for managing the relationship of Mastercard Advisors with some of its key clients, by developing a deep understanding of client strategic needs, developing and overseeing the delivery of consulting projects aimed at improving clients’ payments businesses and operations. The SMC manages an internal team of consultants and/or third-party vendors, maintaining the day-to-day relationship with clients and Mastercard internal stakeholders, ensuring quality of deliverables, and developing & delivering presentations.
