ADP is hiring a Senior Lead Product Management - Lyric Team

In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative product managers and developers to bring our products to market. You will create product release plans that ensure our teams develop solutions using ADP's cloud-based AI and machine learning-enhanced payroll, tax, HR, talent, or benefits solutions. Your goal will be to make these solutions easier to use, helping our clients stay compliant, manage costs, and save time.

We're looking for someone who thrives when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing boundaries are essential qualities for this role. Whether in meetings with clients, sales, developers, or design teams, you'll be the guiding voice that clarifies ideas to create a product roadmap. You will stay close to market trends, anticipate customer questions, and bring innovative ideas. To succeed, you must take command of your product, lead multiple teams, and be a deep listener who asks the right questions to understand stakeholder problems. Experience working with Agile teams and understanding product delivery cycles is necessary. You should be able to explain and document product prioritization and roadmaps clearly for both internal and external teams. Availability to work in a hybrid model, with the office located in Porto Alegre.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Start each day understanding team responsibilities, identifying issues, and communicating priorities. Continue with meetings to organize and update your roadmap.
• Own the documentation and prioritization of product features. Regularly research industry trends to enhance our products. Incorporate relevant insights into your product roadmap based on client needs, market dynamics, ADP's goals, and technological advancements.
• Build strong alliances with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams, including developers, other product managers, and UX teams, to drive innovation.
• Measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Work on various tasks, from collaborating with UX teams on client experience journeys to delivering new features, enhancements, or creating new services. You will see your ideas come to life.
• Communicate and defend ideas with internal and external stakeholders, answering critical questions confidently.
• Leverage relevant skills and experience gained in similar roles to excel in this position.
