WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what to expect on a typical day:

• Start each day with a scrum. Collaborate daily with developers responsible for bringing your product ideas to life.
• Own the design process. Document and prioritize product features, considering client needs, market trends, ADP's goals, and technological advancements.
• Build strong alliances with diverse stakeholders worldwide, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Work with developers, other product managers, and UX teams to drive innovation and enhance the product.
• Handle challenges arising from working with new technologies, setting priorities for the development team while balancing user needs and strategic goals.
