Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company sees long-term growth opportunities as our commercial beverages represent approximately 70% of consumption in the developed world. As a Volume and System Revenue Manager, you will support these strategic priorities and lead the organization in developing and providing strategic consultation on company goals. We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset who wants to make a global impact.

What You’ll Do for Us

  1. Oversee detailed, quantitative analysis work to develop meaningful insights addressing business challenges.
  2. Partner and collaborate within and outside the department with Functions/OUs/Platform Services based on enterprise and department priorities.
  3. Support the process to deliver expectations for identified priorities (Enterprise Strategy, Enterprise-Wide Initiatives, or Enterprise Learning).
  4. Leverage analysis and insights produced by PS/OUs/Functions and produce ad-hoc analysis to support rotating priorities.
  5. Assist in developing communication plans to ensure transparent communication with key stakeholders during strategic planning.
  6. Help establish a strategic planning process structure to incorporate input from leadership and stakeholders.
  7. Provide guidance on key elements and structure of the implementation plan, including performance indicators and accountability systems.
  8. Identify opportunities and implement recommendations to leverage knowledge sharing.
  9. Provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness through the strategic planning process and implement approved improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Commercial Strategy, and Business Transformation.
  • Experience with sales forecasts and performance reporting.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Attention to detail with problem-solving and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to rotate across priorities and collaborate with key business partners, including working closely with OUs/Functions/Platform Services.
