The Opportunity

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Security - LATAM will be responsible for building and enhancing security capabilities, focusing on protecting Netflix personnel and sites across the region, as well as optimizing preparedness and incident response. As part of the Enterprise Security Team, you will drive the implementation and regional deployment of a comprehensive security program for our owned & leased facilities, including offices, M&As, or Consumer Product Experiences. You will ensure successful execution and support the Senior Director - Enterprise in delivering all security programs in the region.

You are a thoughtful and experienced security professional with expertise in developing regional corporate security requirements within a multinational company. You understand that a tailored approach, aligned with our unique culture, is essential. You will adapt traditional security solutions to fit our organizational and operational risk profile. This role is based in Sao Paulo and reports to the global Senior Director, Enterprise Security.

Job Responsibilities

• Align with cross-functional partners to develop and implement a security program that reflects our risk and culture.
• Establish a baseline security approach to assess current assets and influence site selection and design of new facilities.
• Manage access control and contracted guard forces, including coverage, training, and post orders.
• Collaborate with the Security Technology team to leverage frictionless, user-friendly security solutions.
• Partner with Risk & Intel teams to communicate security risks to leadership.
• Maintain training for Incident Management Team (IMT) and Threat Management Team (TMT) to ensure effective incident response.
• Support regional crisis management, communications, and response efforts.
• Coordinate with Content Risk Management for productions and events.
• Utilize geopolitical information to ensure site and employee safety.
• Develop innovative methods to protect sites and engage employees regarding personal, medical, and travel risks.
• Build and maintain external partnerships with law enforcement, agencies, vendors, and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security, or related field with at least 10 years of progressive experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience in risk and vulnerability assessments, security design, and operational planning.
• Proven leadership in managing and inspiring physical security teams, leveraging data to impact security strategies.
• Ability to communicate security needs effectively to regional and global leadership.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
