Job summary

true-talent-solutions-partners is seeking a QA Engineer to join a B2B SaaS team focused on enterprise transformation. You will build and maintain automated tests across the platform and help set quality gates for releases.

The role requires hands-on automation, manual testing, bug tracking, and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Hybrid work in São Paulo, Brazil is offered, with exposure to AI evaluation and non-deterministic systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of QA engineering experience delivering software QA.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing automated tests with frameworks and tools.
• Experience with manual testing, test case design, bug tracking, and web app testing.
• Experience in Brazil or LATAM location.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines; performance or load testing is valuable.
• Comfort evaluating non-deterministic AI systems.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a B2B SaaS team building software for complex enterprise transformation projects. You will establish quality practices for both conventional software and AI-generated outputs, helping ensure the platform's deliverables are reliable before customers use them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain automated end-to-end, integration, and regression tests across the platform.
• Create evaluation harnesses, golden datasets, and scoring criteria to assess AI-generated artifacts and catch regressions from model or prompt changes.
• Define release quality gates and document criteria for blocking a release.
• Improve CI reliability by investigating flaky tests, slow pipelines, and unclear failures.
• Perform exploratory and release testing for customer workflows that automation does not cover.
• Triage defects through verified fixes and identify recurring failure patterns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of QA engineering experience building and delivering quality assurance for software products.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing automated test cases, using test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience with manual testing, test case design, bug tracking and reporting tools, and web application testing.
• Experience working in Brazil or another LATAM location.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and performance or load testing is valuable.
• Comfort working across software QA and evaluation of non-deterministic AI systems.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Contractor position, PJ only. Compensation is $5,000 to $6,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
