Senior ITSM & Automation Solution Architect (Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified ITSM & Automation Solution Architect to join our team. This is a remote opportunity designed for a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, capable of leading solution design initiatives and delivering high-impact client presentations using BPMN, ITSM frameworks, and modern automation tools.

The ideal candidate is a systems engineer with a solid background in IT Service Management (ITSM), RPA, API integration, workflow design, and low-code platforms. You will play a key role in pre-sales and solutioning stages, working directly with our clients to translate their business needs into efficient, scalable, and integrated solutions.

• Design and present end-to-end ITSM and automation solutions using BPMN and best-practice frameworks.
• Develop, document, and optimize business processes and workflows aligned with ITIL 4.0 standards.
• Lead technical presentations and solution demonstrations to enterprise clients in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Integrate systems via RESTful APIs, automate repetitive tasks via RPA, and build smart workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure solution viability and alignment with client requirements.
• Support RFP/RFI processes, providing architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ITSM tools, automation frameworks, and service orchestration platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in ITSM design, automation, and systems integration.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (verbal and written) – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, ITIL, and process design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, UiPath, Power Automate, Make/Integromat, or similar.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Deep understanding of workflow design, business rules, and low-code solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective and efficient technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client engagement skills.

Preferred Certifications (Mandatory at least one):

• Certified in one or more of the following will be a differential:
• BPMN Professional
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer
• CITSmartX Expert
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Low-code platform certifications (e.g., CITSmartX, OutSystems, Mendix, Power Platform, 4Biz)
• TOGAF, COBIT, or equivalent frameworks
