Responsibilities

• Works directly with customers, providing guidance strategies, and implementing best practices in the use of Intergraph Smart tools.
• Provides feedback based on customer experiences to professional product and service teams for product and process improvements.
• Maps and transfers data, creates process documentation (functional requirements, projects, lessons learned).
• Assists in testing and troubleshooting functionality of installed systems.
• Identifies and documents technical issues to be addressed to product and system integration teams for resolution.

Education / Qualifications

Experience:

• Experience in implementing engineering projects and solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in 2D and 3D implementation structures are a distinguishing factor.
• Knowledge and experience in virtualization and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with database administration (Oracle, MS SQL) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Intergraph Smart Suite is advantageous.
• Experience in implementing plans and solutions.
• Familiarity with writing SQL statements.
• Business analysis consulting experience.
• Knowledge of processes and routines in Intergraph Smart Suite can be beneficial.
• Ability to analyze and prepare documentation.
