Responsibilities

• Works directly with customers, providing guidance strategies, implementing best practices in the use of Intergraph Smart tools.
• Provides feedback based on customer experiences to professional product and service teams for product and process improvements.
• Map and transfer data, create process documentation (functional requirements/projects/lessons learned).
• Assist in testing and troubleshooting functionality of installed systems.
• Identify and document technical issues to be addressed to product and system integration teams for resolution.

Education / Qualifications

Experience:

• Experience in implementing engineering projects and solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in 2D e 3D implementation structures are a distinguishing factor.
• Knowledge and experience in virtualization and cloud computing
• Familiarity with database administration (Oracle, MS SQL) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Intergraph Smart Suite is a factor.
• Implementing plans and solutions.
• Familiar with writing SQL statements.
• Business analysis consultant.
• Knowledge of processes and routines in Intergraph Smart Suite can make a difference.
• Analyzing and preparing documentation.

Skills:

• Ability to work with the implementation of systems.
• Good communication, being able to clearly explain to the customer the processes in which it is inserted.
• Have a business vision.
• Work with troubleshooting.
• To be creative.
• Have logical reasoning.
• Be capable of persuading and negotiating.

Languages:
