Zarbe Arievilo is seeking a Senior Identity Management Analyst to join our Information Security team and manage Sailpoint IAM. You will handle lifecycle management, access governance, and automation for provisioning processes.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and evolve the Sailpoint ISC/IdentityIQ platform.
• Perform onboarding of applications and data sources in the IAM solution.
• Develop and adjust correlation rules, governance policies, certifications, and SoD.
• Resolve incidents and requests related to identity and access.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure compliant access.
• Participate in projects for platform improvement and expansion.
• Support audit and regulatory processes (LGPD, ISO, etc.).

Identity Management Analyst with a focus on Sailpoint to join our Information Security team. The professional will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and evolution of the Sailpoint ISC or IdentityIQ platform, working directly in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning process automation.

Description

• Administer and evolve the Sailpoint platform (ISC or IdentityIQ);
• Perform onboarding of applications and data sources in the IAM solution;
• Develop and adjust correlation rules, governance policies, certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD);
• To act in the analysis and resolution of incidents and requests related to identity and access;
• Working with business and technology teams to ensure that access complies with security policies;
• Participate in projects for continuous improvement and expansion of the platform;
• Supporting audit and regulatory compliance processes (LGPD, ISO, etc.).
  

Required skills:

• Experience with systems integration, APIs, or databases;
• Ability to analyze logs and perform technical troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of languages such as XML, JSON, and Java;
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
• Knowledge of the concepts of Identity;
• Knowledge of Information Security concepts;
• Knowledge of IGA platforms.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and authentication systems (SSO, MFA);
• Identity and Access Management.
• Technical English.
• Spanish is desirable.
