Zarbe Arievilo is hiring for a Junior Identity Analyst to join our 100% remote team. You will participate in IAM implementations end-to-end, customize system integrations, and develop scripts to tailor solutions for clients in Latin America.

Ideal candidates have basic Linux/Windows Server knowledge, familiarity with identity management, and exposure to DevOps tools. The role includes a competitive salary, comprehensive health plan, and performance bonuses.

Qualificações

Currently enrolled in or completed a higher education course in Technology.
Basic knowledge of identity management.
Familiar with Scrum; Kanban; ITIL; COBIT; NIST.
Knowledge of AI tools and concepts.

Responsabilidades

Participate in IAM system implementations across the full lifecycle (requirements, development/configuration, testing, acceptance testing, support).
Customize integrations between systems (APIs, JSON, XMLs, Swagger).
Develop scripts (Java, Python) for customization.
Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (blueprints, procedures).
Support updating/upgrading tools and monitor call resolutions.
Ensure service within the contracted SLA and escalate high-impact incidents.
Keep customers informed on status and progress of requests.
Continuously seek new technologies and improvement methodologies.

Description

Participate in IAM system implementations, covering the entire lifecycle (Requirements, Development/Configuration, Testing, Acceptance Testing, and Support).
Customize integrations between systems (APIs, JSON, XMLs, Swagger, etc.).
Develop scripts (Java, Python, etc.) for customizing solutions.
Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (blueprints, operational procedures).
Support in updating and upgrading the tools.
Monitor the status and progress of call resolutions.
Ensure service is provided within the contracted SLA.
Escalate high-impact incidents to the appropriate levels.
Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their service requests.
Constantly seeking new technologies and improvement methodologies.

Skills

Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server, networking, and security.
Understanding, developing, and adjusting code in the Java programming language;
Understanding and learning basic commands for Linux servers;
Knowledge of LDAP protocols;
Knowledge of SQL Server databases;
Knowledge of DevOps and Observability tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, DataDog, Grafana).

Desired profile

Currently enrolled in or completed a higher education course (bachelor's/technologist degree) in the field of Technology;
Have basic knowledge of identity management;
Basic knowledge of frameworks (Scrum; Kanban; ITIL; Cobit; NIST);
Knowledge and skills with AI tools and concepts.
