Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a Senior HOD Analyst to lead Human and Organizational Development initiatives, aligning leadership, teams and strategy in a hybrid working model. You design and monitor leadership development programs, oversee performance evaluations and IDPs, map competencies and succession, and support culture, engagement and internal communications.

This role requires solid experience in corporate environments, fluency in English, and a proactive, strategic mindset to deliver

• You will be the go-to person for Human and Organizational Development, connecting leadership, teams and strategy in a hybrid, collaborative working model.
• Design, implement and monitor leadership development programs;
• Lead performance evaluation cycles and individual development plans (IDPs);
• Structure learning paths and internal academies;
• Support leadership on organizational climate, engagement and people management;
• Work on culture, values and internal communication projects;
• Map competencies, succession and career plans;
• Measure HOD results using KPIs and management reports.

Requirements

• Solid prior experience as a Senior HOD Analyst, HR Business Partner (HRBP) or similar;
• Proven experience with performance evaluation, IDPs, learning paths and leadership programs;
• Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in industry;
• Knowledge of competency mapping and succession methodologies;
• Fluent English for reading materials and occasional interactions;
• Availability for a hybrid work model.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer goods sector;
• Previous involvement in culture, climate and engagement projects;
• Experience with digital learning tools (LMS) and people analytics;
• Certifications in leadership development, coaching, or agile HR methodologies.

Demonstrates expertise in Human and Organizational Development by designing and implementing leadership development programs, performance evaluations, and competency mapping. Proficient in utilizing KPIs and management reports to measure organizational impact and support culture and engagement initiatives.
