Job Description

We are looking for experienced Genesys Cloud Consultants to join our expanding team of specialists. In this contract-based role, you will have the flexibility to engage in innovative projects for global clients based on their specific needs. This position is ideal for professionals looking for part-time or project-based opportunities.

Key Focus Areas:

1. Deliver professional services support related to Genesys Cloud architecture, ensuring effective implementation and seamless integration within client operations.
2. Conduct training sessions for various roles, including supervisors, administrators, users, and architects, to enhance their understanding and effective use of Genesys Cloud features.
3. Provide expert guidance and best practices to optimize workforce management processes within the Genesys Cloud environment.
4. Experience with CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) with the Genesys Cloud environment.
