Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient fullstack applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, NestJS, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
2. Ensure the reliability and efficiency of system infrastructure.
3. Optimize application performance for maximum efficiency and scalability.
4. Implement and oversee continuous monitoring and alerting systems.
5. Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
6. Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and incorporate feedback to prevent future incidents.
7. Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
8. Utilize Git for version control and collaboration within the development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong experience (at least 5 years) in fullstack development with ReactJS and NodeJS/NestJS.
2. Proficient in developing and optimizing applications using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
3. Experience with software engineering best practices such as SOLID and CLEAN.
4. Familiarity with SaaS and Platform solutions.
5. Knowledge of unit testing libraries and methodologies.
6. Experience with Git for version control.
7. Strong understanding of monitoring tools and incident response.
8. Strong English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
2. Previous experience with AI development tools.
3. Familiarity with event streaming platforms like Kafka.
