About The Role

We are Procure Ai, a market leader in bringing artificial intelligence and automation to the procurement process, aiming to unlock massive savings for our clients by enhancing procurement functions. We are a remote team of experienced tech and business professionals based in Germany, UK, and France. We enjoy collaborating remotely and meet regularly for team offsites in Europe. We are now recruiting an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer (Senior, Principal, DE) (m/f/d) with a strong backend focus for growth.

You will join a team of experienced senior engineers dedicated to creating intelligent software and developing code that improves procurement efficiency. You will work on developing features for our existing platform, new products, and integrations with third-party platforms. Our tech stack includes Python, Typescript, GO, AWS/Azure, React, and Node.js.

Please note: as this is an individual contributor role, comfort with remote work is essential.

Impact & Ownership

• You enjoy writing clean, maintainable, and testable code for web applications, focusing on Typescript, React, SQL, and Node.js.
• You participate in agile processes, code reviews, and provide feedback.
• You create technical specifications and documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshooting and debugging are part of your routine.
• You stay updated with emerging software development technologies and trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Friendly, team-oriented problem solver with a high-impact role mindset.
• Proven full-stack experience with Typescript in a micro-service architecture, with a strong backend focus (at least 5 years).
• Proficiency in React, GraphQL, Node.js, and experience with SQL databases.
• Experience working in agile environments, ideally with SCRUM methodologies.
• English fluency; German skills are a plus.
