The Role

We’re a growing team of self-motivated engineers. We put in long hours not because we have to but because we care about the impact we’re generating. We hope to do more in a week than most other teams do in a month.

We are looking for a full-stack engineer excited to experience the adventure of being in an early-stage startup. We hope your time here will be the most rewarding in your career. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility and the freedom to solve problems.

Responsibilities

1. Own the problem and work with engineers and designers to generate solutions
2. Build, test, and ship features that solve user problems
3. Analyze data and talk to users for feedback about features
4. Triage and fix bugs
5. Generate proposals (through meetings, docs, and Figma) to align the team on your solution if it’s a multi-person effort
6. Review PRs to ensure standards are upheld and avoid siloed development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Node, React, and Typescript
• Comfortable working across all parts of the codebase — from UI to database
• Own deployment of your code
• Excellent written English skills
• B2 or above spoken English proficiency

Bonus

• Previous startup experience
• Python and experience with ML models
• Additional languages
• Experience with cloud functions, NoSQL databases
