Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and the APIs behind them. You will evaluate AI behavior against gold datasets and collaborate with teams to validate functionality before production.

You'll build frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript, work closely with staff or principal engineers, and help shape robust, scalable AI-powered solutions across a global remote team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Experience with LLM integration and building RAG pipelines.
• Experience evaluating LLMs with offline evals and datasets.
• Proficiency with AWS, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with retrieval over structured and unstructured data.
• Experience integrating agents and skills with internal services.
• Experience with vector search using Pinecone/FAISS/Qdrant/pgvector.
• Experience with container orchestration (ECS/EKS) and microservices.
• Strong prompt engineering and iterative improvement.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and observability (logging/tracing/SLOs).

Responsibilities

Senior Full Stack AI Engineer at Baires DevIn this role, you'll own features end to end, covering agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and the API services behind them. Evaluating agent behavior against golden datasets rather than shipping on spot checks, you'll bring real rigor to how AI functionality gets validated before it reaches production. What You'll Do

• Own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and supporting API services.
• Integrate LLMs and build RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Evaluate agent behavior against golden datasets and offline evaluation frameworks.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React with Type llaborate closely with a Staff or Principal engineer, surfacing blockers and asking for help proactively.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Python.
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or Llama Index.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, including Lang Smith, LLM-as-judge, offline evals, or golden datasets.
• Experience with AWS.Working proficiency with React and Type Script.
• Working proficiency with React and Type Script.
• Experience with retrieval over structured and unstructured data.
• Experience integrating agents and skills against internal services. Experience with vector search and embedding strategy using Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, or pgvector.
• Experience with container orchestration (ECS/EKS) and microservices.
• Strong prompt engineering skills, iterating against measured output.
• Experience with CI/CD and service observability, including logging, tracing, and SLOs.

Nice To Have

• Experience with MCP server development.
• Familiarity with streaming agent interactions, including Lang Graph API and Web Sockets.
• Experience with model gateway and routing such as Bedrock or Lite LLM.Familiarity with agent-to-agent communication patterns (A2 A).
• Security mindset, including secure coding and Auth N/Auth Z practices.
• Analytics and data visualization experience.
• Experience with Service Now or ITSM workflow integration.
