We are looking for a skilled Senior Front-end Engineer with +5 years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping ideas and user feedback into delightful experiences, developing and implementing user interface components using the latest React concepts and workflows, and leading the engineering efforts for user-facing features. You will work with our Product and User Experience teams to deliver end-to-end features that deliver business value and that users love.

The client's software platform allows companies to quickly and cost-effectively adopt formal security and privacy programs, measure the efficacy of those programs against compliance standards, and share program achievements with customers via AI to answer security questionnaires. As a result, compliance becomes habitual, simple to understand and implement, and continuously verifiable so businesses gain transparency into compliance status.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the User Experience and Product teams to create end-to-end designs for new features
• Take ownership of product features from design, implementation, and delivery, to post-delivery feedback and follow-up work
• Coordinate development efforts across team members and ensure successful delivery
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
• Troubleshoot interfaces and debug applications
• Monitor and improve end-to-end performance
• Communicate with and support our customers, and help find and build solutions to their problems

Required Experience

• A well-developed understanding of front-end concepts and various frameworks
• A focus on delivering value to customers
• Great listening skills and a willingness to understand what your customers and team members need to be successful
• A collaborative approach, a can-do attitude, and a relentlessness in pursuing goals and solving problems
• A willingness to learn from others and admit when you've made a mistake

Desired Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or some type of technical engineering
