  • Provide analysis and recommendations to enhance productivity, drive growth, improve processes, and identify new key value-added metrics for KORE.
  • Support cash management and cash flow forecasting activities by providing a rolling 13-week cash forecast that includes all inflows and outflows from KTM and KBR, while also monitoring cash positions, tracking actuals against forecast, and flagging variances for leadership review.

  • Improve transparency and understanding of financial reports for internal customers, providing training and resources to empower better decision-making.
Business Process
  • Effectively streamline and continuously improve reporting processes as you learn more, reducing cycle time while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and document policies and procedures to standardize reporting practices across business units, enabling consistent data handling and analysis.
