LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the global Commercial Finance team on a 12-month contract. You will partner with commercial leadership, manage budgeting and forecasting, and drive strategic reporting and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Finance and/or Finance Business Partnering.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a global Commercial Finance team on a 12-month contract. This role provides an excellent opportunity to partner with commercial leadership, gain regional and global exposure, and contribute to strategic business decision-making.

The successful candidate will support a fast-paced sales organization by leading financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, business partnering, and process improvement initiatives. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Finance and/or Finance Business Partnering.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as:
• SAP
• Business Objects
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and finance tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
