This role plays a key part in driving financial clarity and enabling strategic decision-making through accurate planning, insightful analysis, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business and its financial planning processes.
• Structure and maintain financial systems to enable efficient and accurate planning.
• Monitor financial KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze financial data and ensure accurate recording within internal systems.
• Perform detailed analysis of financial results and create clear, actionable views for stakeholders.
• Present financial results to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide recommendations and share insights to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience as financial analyst/specialist or related role.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP ERP system is a plus.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
