Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a finance professional to support corporate debt structuring, negotiation, and management. You will analyze financing options, assess guarantees, and evaluate new projects to inform leadership decisions.

You will manage banking transactions, monitor credit facilities, and maintain relationships with financial institutions while supporting fundraising with BNDES and other sources.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Intermediate English will be considered an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills for modeling, financial analysis, and report preparation.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in finance.
• Knowledge of banking products, credit operations, and corporate financing.
• Familiarity with financial analysis, cash flow, and financial and economic indicators.

Responsabilidades

• Support the structuring, negotiation, and management of corporate debt.
• Prepare financial analyses related to financing, financial guarantees, and the evaluation of new projects.
• Manage and monitor banking transactions, credit facilities, and other financial products.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with financial institutions, banks, and other market partners.
• Support fundraising processes with BNDES and other financing sources.
• Conduct analyses, projections, and calculations related to debt management, financial charges, and cash flow.
• Review financial and commercial contracts in coordination with partner departments, especially Legal, ensuring compliance with negotiated terms.
• Ensure that financial operations comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and governance requirements.
• Develop management reports, KPIs, and financial analyses to support leadership decision-making.
