Analyst, Financial Reporting Reinsurance

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial/Administrative Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent accounting knowledge, and a solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Processing and recording accounts payable and receivable accurately and promptly;
2. Performing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies;
3. Managing the company's cash flow;
4. Preparing financial reports for the Group;
5. Collaborating with other teams to ensure financial data accuracy;
6. Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions;
7. Monitoring and evaluating investment performance;
8. Managing daily operations such as supplier contracts, couriers, notaries, and vehicle fleet management.

Qualifications:

• Degree in accounting or related field;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Financial/Administrative Analyst;
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and understanding of system dependencies;
• Strong numeracy skills with the ability to manipulate and articulate data clearly;
• Effective organization, scheduling, prioritization, and time management skills;
• Ownership and initiative in work tasks, team collaboration;
• Resilience and adaptability in demanding situations;
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, capable of working in a multicultural, matrix environment;
• Ability to develop and communicate solutions to complex issues;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
