Reports To: Growth Marketing Manager

Do you geek out on Media Buying and love driving revenue through direct response marketing?

Want to join an extremely fast-growing marketing agency?

Looking to work with top-tier copywriters, videographers, operations, and other media buyers to help clients grow?

Client Accelerators is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to research, strategize, and run ads across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and others.

We currently spend over $3 million monthly and aim to increase to $5 million this year.

You will work with industry leaders like Russell Brunson, Anik Singal, Mike Tyson, Russ Ruffino, and more.

You will collaborate with a team of videographers, copywriters, strategists, and data scientists to plan, forecast, script, direct creatives, and execute campaigns to meet targets each quarter.

Responsibilities
  • Media Buying: Manage ad spends of $50,000 - $75,000 daily across various platforms, scaling campaigns as needed.
  • Forecasting: Create scenarios and projections to meet client goals, optimizing ad metrics like CPC and conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities.
  • Funnel Strategy: Identify and improve underperforming pages within sales funnels to increase conversions and revenue.
  • Creative Strategy: Work with creative teams to develop new angles and ideas that drive scaling.

Brainstorm innovative growth strategies and campaign ideas to differentiate us from competitors.

  • Competitor Research: Analyze successful competitors and adapt proven strategies rather than reinventing the wheel.
Results

Deliverables include:

  • Achieve 95% of quarterly bonus targets for clients.
  • Achieve 85% of clients' profit and ROAS goals quarterly.
  • Ramp up 100% of new junior media buyers to full productivity within 3 months.
First Two to Four Months Expectations
  • Build ad account structures aligned with best practices, troubleshooting issues proactively.
  • Confidently scale and optimize ad accounts based on client needs.
  • Collaborate on creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Understand overall account performance and apply learnings.
  • Use tools like Hyros, Google Sheets, and analytics to derive insights.
  • Manage 5-7 clients, maintaining strong relationships and hitting KPI goals.
  • Work with team members on optimization and scaling strategies, fostering curiosity and collaboration.
Communication Expectations

Use Slack for internal and client communication, valuing over-communication and prompt responses. Attend weekly team meetings and daily stand-ups.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on funnel optimization experience
  • 3+ years managing media buying teams
  • Experience with webinar and coaching funnels preferred
  • Curious mindset, eager to learn and find solutions
  • Ability to launch and optimize digital campaigns
  • Proven success in increasing traffic and revenue via YouTube, Facebook, Search, and Display
  • Data analysis skills to assess and improve campaign performance
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects under deadlines
  • Collaborative with creative teams for campaign needs
  • Innovative thinking for growth strategies and industry trend monitoring
  • Highly analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
