We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to join our passionate team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where they can leverage their expertise in automation, infrastructure management, and security practices across multiple projects.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key player in architecting and executing robust DevOps strategies across various projects. You will lead efforts in optimizing our infrastructure through intelligent automation, version control, and security enhancements, while also ensuring seamless project management. Your technical acumen and leadership skills will be critical in driving efficiency and collaboration within our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Manage multiple DevOps projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Version Control and Collaboration:
  • Oversee GitHub repository management to facilitate effective version control and collaboration.
  • Implement branching strategies and workflows that align with project needs.
• Configuration Management:
  • Utilize Ansible for configuration management across diverse environments.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and reliable playbooks for deployment automation.
• Automation & Scripting:
  • Automate complex workflows to improve system operations using modern scripting languages.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and rapid deployment.
  • Leverage API automation to enhance system efficiency and streamline processes.
• Key Management Security (KMS):
  • Implement and manage Key Management Solutions using Vault to ensure secure management of secrets and sensitive information.
• Report Creation and Management:
  • Develop and maintain reports to track the status and progress of projects, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Automate report generation processes to ensure up-to-date information is available promptly.
• Troubleshooting & Monitoring:
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring solutions to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Security Practices:
  • Embed security best practices into the development lifecycle and operational procedures.
  • Lead security audits and vulnerability assessments, recommending improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a DevOps role, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Ansible, and automation tools.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or equivalent.
• Experience with API automation tools and practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex system issues.
• In-depth understanding of security frameworks and deployment of best practices.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Vault for secure key management and secret handling.
