Jobtailor is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Lead in São Paulo to drive secure, scalable software delivery across teams. You will design pipelines on Azure DevOps and GitHub, integrate SAST tooling, and shape security-focused processes.

You will mentor engineers, conduct reviews, and produce architectural documentation while collaborating with Backend, Frontend, Data, and Product groups to uphold best practices and operational excellence.

Qualificações

8+ years of software development experience.
Solid DevOps/DevSecOps experience.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Backend development experience with .NET.
Knowledge of RBAC and security best practices.

Responsabilidades

Plan, design, and implement DevSecOps pipelines on Azure DevOps and GitHub.
Integrate SAST tooling, including Checkmarx.
Define and evolve DevSecOps Center of Excellence processes and standards.
Develop architectures and RBAC-based access control models.
Serve as a technical reference for code quality and best practices.
Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, Data, and Product teams to build scalable, secure solutions.
Lead trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and participate in pair programming.
Produce technical documentation, architectural standards, and executive reports.
Support ongoing evolution of platforms with security, observability, and operational excellence.

Plan, design, and implement DevSecOps pipelines on platforms such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
Integrate security analysis tools (SAST), including Checkmarx solutions.
Define, implement, and evolve processes, standards, and components for the DevSecOps Center of Excellence.
Develop architectures and access control processes based on RBAC.
Serve as a technical reference for code quality, architecture, and development best practices.
Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, Data, and Product teams to build scalable, secure solutions.
Lead trainings, workshops, and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
Perform code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and participate in pair programming sessions.
Produce technical documentation, architectural standards, and executive reports.
Support the continuous evolution of platforms, ensuring security, observability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of software development experience.
Solid experience in DevOps and DevSecOps environments.
Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
Experience with backend development using .NET.
Knowledge of asynchronous programming (async/await).
Experience in data modeling and SQL query optimization.
Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and software architecture patterns.
Experience with frontend development and integration with UI teams.
Excellent communication, technical leadership, and negotiation skills.
